The Corporate Wellness Course comprises a Wellness and Team Building Workshop, facilitated by Kathryn Lehnerdt and former Mr Universe and owner of Body Future, Trevor van Schalkwyk.
The Workshop is specifically designed for each company, following analysis, to meet its unique needs. The theory covered ranges from Personal Awareness to Effective Communication and Strategy Sessions.
Once the theory element has been completed, a practical exercise is held. This entails a physical and mental challenge, promoting better communication and team cohesion. The
interactive, creative Workshops take place both in- and outdoors.
Depending on the gaps identified, and the client’s preferences, the training will cover a combination of:
I personally had a fantastic time – told one of my colleagues this morning “ I would not mind doing it once a week” !!!! - thank you very much, it was insightful and fun”
“Thanks again for a wonderful day, I can’t remember when last I had this much fun, also thanks to Trevor for finally explaining nutrition in a way even us couch potatoes can understand it.”
“Hi Kate, thanks so much to you and Trevor for today's workshop. I really enjoyed the day, learnt a lot and came home with a lot of positive expectations and renewed hopes.”
“Thanks for yesterday, it was really inspiring, feeling great today.”
“Kayak experience- extremely special and great team building exercise. Communication- good points, a lot of self-realisation and good tips for understanding and developing oneself and staff."
“This was one of the best Team Building workshops that I have done I thoroughly enjoyed it and personally, I got to know the team better. I enjoyed the “theory part of it” , the exercises that we did, made me think that I need to take some time out to think and figure out such things, as I am not one for talking about what I can and cannot do.”
“The day was well balanced (kayaking was of course the major highlight!) – good mix of physical challenges incorporated into the workshop session. I felt this was a good platform/introduction to our strategy coming up, creating a platform that reminds us of the strengths of the team that we can utilise within our own departments.”
“Thanks Kate, it was really great fun, and did wonders for the internal relationships too.”
