Wellness and Team Building Workshop
Team building can reduce the amount of conflict within the workplace and assist in creating a peaceful and tranquil environment. This will enhance spiritual wellness within the company.

This is a joint programme run by Kate Gerber and former Mr Universe and owner of Body Future, Trevor Van Schalkwyk.
1. Healthy and balanced staff
When people are able to maintain a balance in their lives and have equilibrium between the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional, they are better able to control and react positively to the circumstances that they are faced with on a daily basis.
2. Reduced absenteeism
It has been proven that when staff exercise and are healthy they experience less stress, are more motivated with the outcome being higher productivity, less absenteeism, more teamwork.
3. Encouraging top performance
When companies promote health and fitness, they attract and retain top performers, which is essential for business success.
4. Better teamwork
The essence of working as a team is explained and this workshop will equip staff with the necessary skills for dealing with conflict, motivating themselves and others, managing time and stress and learning how to communicate effectively.
The workshop is specifically designed for each company to cover the theory that they need. This can range from Personal Awareness to effective communication to strategy sessions. It is then combined with a physical and mental challenge to promote cross communication and team building.

- Workshops take place both in and outdoors and are very creative and participative.
