The Corporate Wellness Course comprises a Wellness and Team Building Workshop, facilitated by Kathryn Lehnerdt and former Mr Universe and owner of Body Future, Trevor
The Workshop is specifically designed for each company, following analysis, to meet its unique needs. The theory covered ranges from Personal Awareness to Effective Communication and Strategy Sessions.
Once the theory element has been completed, a practical exercise is held. This entails a physical and mental challenge, promoting better communication and team cohesion. The
interactive, creative Workshops take place both in- and outdoors.
Depending on the gaps identified, and the client’s preferences, the training will cover a combination of:
- Goal setting
- Personal mastery- self awareness, self responsibility
- Meal preparation for a busy lifestyle
- Time and Stress Management
- Dealing with conflict
- Effective communication
- Leading a team
