This workshop is designed to teach delegates to be aware of their audience and purposes for communication and adapt their style and language register to the requirements of different situations. They will be able to listen and speak confidently in both formal and familiar settings.
The workshop covers:

- Using strategies that capture and retain the interest of an audience
- Identify and respond to manipulative use of language
