The purpose of this workshop is to teach learners to identify and manage the resolution of personal conflict between persons or parties in the work environment.
This workshop covers the following:
Understanding the causes of conflict
Different types of conflict
Conflict provoking behaviour
How to stay calm in conflict situations
The symptoms and reactions of conflict
Understand your personal conflict style and how to deal with it
Interpreting non vocal cues
Communication skills – understanding assertive communication
Breaking barriers and preventing conflict etc.

This will enable learners to:
Describe the main sources of conflict
Explain appropriate techniques in conflict management
Describe the appropriate action plan and strategies to manage conflict
