These workshops cover all aspects of communication from business writing skills to presentation skills. Certain modules can be combined with client care workshops or the workshops can stand alone. Workshops can be adapted for all levels of staff who deal with clients and are required to communicate in the workplace.

Assertive Communication Techniques for Debt Collection

The following course has been designed specifically for delegates who are required to collect outstanding debt telephonically.

Communicating in a Business environment

This course is suitable for supervisors, lower and middle management levels. It is particularly relevant for employees needing to communicate to clients and colleagues in writing.    . 

Presentation Skills

This workshop is designed teach delegates to be aware of their audiences and purposes for communication and adapt their style and language register to the requirements of different situations. They will be able to listen and speak confidently in both formal and familiar settings.    . 

Client Care

This workshop can be adapted to include sales and/or assertive communication skills  .
