I take a holistic approach to management development that includes coaching and team functionality. I use a technical method to determine work challenges and communication styles, which improves efficiency and effectiveness for both teams and the managers leading them.
Critical communication teaches the art of having those tricky conversations. It is said that 15 % of success in the workplace is due to technical skills and knowledge. 85% is the ability to communicate effectively!
Before we can deal with others efficiently and effectively, we need to understand how we communicate and then we need to adapt to the communication style of others.
